DuoFold brings a motion-driven, iPhone Duo-style folding illusion to standard flat screens without specialized hardware. By responding to physical tilt, it applies real-time spatial depth and perspective across your entire system UI, functioning purely through Shizuku and ADB permissions without requiring root access.

Technical Overview of DuoFold

DuoFold utilizes Shizuku to access the current display image and processes it through a local OpenGL ES renderer. The application relies on the device's game rotation vector and gyroscope to calculate relative pose, adjusting the projection continuously based on physical tilt. For screen capture, it automatically detects and selects available backends like AOSP ScreenCapture, ScreenCaptureInternal, or legacy SurfaceControl APIs to ensure broad vendor compatibility.
