Ultra Performance Booster is an Axmanager module for Android that can make full use of the capabilities of the hardware. UPB manages tap-screen feedback, GPU graphics rendering and CPU performance. The result is a smoother interface, a more stable and improved gaming performance.

Input Handling Input handling refers to the way applications react to user input such as swipe gestures, mouse clicks etc. Touch & Responsiveness Decreases touch_slop and increases event rates to 150 per second for near-instant touch reaction.
GPU & Graphics Acceleration: Forces Hardware (HW) UI rendering and GPU composition while disabling CPU rendering for better frame stability.
A bunch of changes that seem to do with general fluidity of the UI have been found. Including the speed with which you can "Swipe" through the UI and some other tweaks.
CPU Performance Governor This will force all CPU cores into the “Performance” mode at boot. Which guarantees that your system will never be throttled under heavy load.
System Awareness The installer will be able to automatically detect the OS, Model and CPU of your system, thus benefiting from any possible improvements.
