Dose Breaker is a root module that completely disables the EU safe media volume limit on Android devices. It targets both legacy index-based volume limits and the newer Android 14 Content Sound Dosimetry (CSD) system to prevent automatic headphone volume reduction.
I've been running this on my daily driver to finally stop Android from randomly dropping my music volume during long listening sessions. Under the hood, it uses a smart background daemon to constantly reset the system's exposure tracker so your audio stays exactly how loud you set it. It even plays nice with my existing JamesDSP setup right out of the box.

Support & Requirements
- Android Version: Android 12 and newer (Tested up through Android 16 / LineageOS 23.2)
- Root Environment: Magisk (v20.4+), KernelSU, or APatch
How to Install
- Download the latest Dose Breaker .zip file to your device storage.
- Open your root manager (Magisk, KernelSU, or APatch) and go to the Modules tab to select "Install from storage".
- Flash the selected zip file and reboot your phone.
