Boot Studio Magisk Module: Custom Boot Animations

Boot Studio is a root-enabled Android application and Magisk module designed to manage, preview, and apply custom boot animations systemlessly. It allows users to browse a community store or package their own animations without modifying the original system partition.

I’ve been running this on my daily driver to easily ditch the boring stock boot screen without permanently altering system files. Under the hood, the app uses a Magisk overlay to swap the animation file on the fly, keeping everything fully systemless. The live preview feature alone saved me from restarting my phone just to test broken, half-baked animations.

How to Install

1. Open the Magisk app and tap on the Modules tab at the bottom.
2. Select "Install from storage" and choose the Boot Studio .zip file.
3. Wait for the quick flashing process to finish and tap Reboot.
