The Li Qinghe AxManager plugin is a non-root performance optimizer designed to enhance mobile gaming stability. It utilizes the Android Dynamic Performance Framework to actively manage hardware output, reduce micro-stuttering, and control background processes for a significantly smoother gameplay experience.

I’ve been running this through AxManager while pushing heavy matches in Call of Duty Mobile and Free Fire, and it completely stopped my frustrating frame drops. Because it automatically switches performance modes the second you launch a game, your phone stays responsive under load without ever needing full root access.

  • Automated mode switching instantly triggers heavy performance profiles when opening games and reverts to battery-saving idle states afterward.
  • Full non-root support allows you to apply deep system-level optimizations directly through AxManager without unlocking your bootloader.
  • Fixing micro-stutters is achieved by actively adjusting frame pacing to perfectly sync with your active display refresh rate.
  • Improved CPU output hooks into ADPF protocols to prevent random hardware throttling during intense, graphics-heavy rendering tasks.
  • Background process control aggressively restricts rogue applications and job schedulers from eating up your battery and RAM mid-match.
  • A simple configuration file gives you direct control over tweaking parameters without forcing you to manually modify complex system scripts.

My Verdict

If you play heavy mobile titles and want to fix screen tearing without risking a rooted setup, this plugin is a fantastic addition to your toolkit. It brings hardcore memory and CPU management straight to unrooted devices through AxManager.
