• Removed setprop ro.sys.fw.bg_apps_limit — ro.* properties cannot be changed at runtime, replaced with settings put global activity_manager_constants

• heapminfree increased 2m -> 4m
• heapmaxfree increased 8m -> 16m to reduce GC pause
• Boot delay increased 15s -> 20s for better system stability before tweaks apply
