Rootless Android optimizer for AxManager.

What works everywhere: Diagnostic report, CPU quota tuning, Doze tuning, thermal control, animations, temp cleanup, battery saver trigger, cycle notifications.

What depends on ROM:
-WiFi tuning
-memory tuning
-refresh lock
-phantom fix.
Blocked by MIUI and One UI. Works on AOSP, Lineage, and most custom ROMs.

What's experimental:
-GPU renderer.
Disabled by default, no install prompt. Advanced users can enable it manually in config.prop needs ADB access if it goes wrong.

Install:
-add module in AxManager
-answer 17 questions with volume buttons.

Logs: [data dir]/logs/
Every change is reversible. Uninstall resets everything.
