Module Overview

The Optimizer Network TCP Congestion Magisk module is a system-level tool that modifies default TCP network parameters on rooted Android devices. It directly alters data packet flow rules to increase transfer speeds, lower latency, and maintain stable connections on crowded networks.

I noticed an immediate difference in how my phone handles spotty public Wi-Fi after flashing this module. By forcing the system to rapidly adjust its data window sizes and use Hystart for quicker connection ramp-ups, you get much faster page loads and noticeably lower ping during mobile gaming.

  • Faster initial connections happen instantly because Hystart technology aggressively skips the usual startup delay when loading new web pages.
  • Smart bandwidth switching prevents your data from stalling by rapidly adapting packet flow the moment your cell signal drops.
  • Dynamic latency reduction scales system parameters based on real-time ping, actively cutting down lag spikes on crowded cell towers.
  • Fair network sharing stops your phone from choking the local Wi-Fi, which keeps everything running smoothly when multiple devices are connected.
