I think it is common for all of us to dislike playing games on mobile phones that have what could almost be described as retro 8-bit graphics. To get that more console quality graphics on our Android, we are going to need a few tools. So in my case, I have been using the GPU HyperVision Engine plugin that I get access to through AxManager on my Tecno Pova 5 and I must say that the improvement in graphics quality in heavy games such as Genshin Impact and PUBG Mobile is a huge leap forward.
AxManager was updated to include some performance tweaks that can be easily enabled. The new HyperVision Engine is a totally underlying engine that increases the GPU performance while leaving the CPU to do the work, leading to far greater graphical improvements without having to patch any game files.
Here is exactly what this beast brings to your device:
Graphics Rendering Features ⚙️
- Optimizes both OpenGL and Vulkan pipelines.
- Upgrades the Android Hardware UI Renderer directly.
- Enhances frame pacing for buttery-smooth gameplay.
Anti-Aliasing & Image Sharpness 🔍
- Upgrades MSAA handling to wipe out jagged edges.
- Applies better anisotropic filtering for razor-sharp textures.
- Optimizes shader precision and significantly reduces rendering blur.
GPU & System Optimizations 🚀
- Forces the system to prioritize your GPU for rendering tasks.
- Smashes annoying CPU-to-GPU bottlenecks.
- Speeds up graphics synchronization.
- Optimizes SurfaceFlinger and the HWUI renderer to cut latency.
Visual Outcomes ✨
- Delivers insanely sharp graphics with detailed, high-fidelity textures.
- Stabilizes your FPS when the action gets heavy.
- Drastically improves overall image quality across the board.
I’m not kidding at all, I never play games without using it now. It really unleashes the full potential of the capabilities of the hardware. Try it with high mobile graphics settings and you’ll see what I mean, run it with AxManager and you’ll know.
