Ever hang up the phone only to forget that your customer just said the word ‘phone’? I certainly do. That’s why I have started to search for a call recording tool.
Its time to face the facts – the majority of the Android apps that enable recording of phone calls are not working properly. They create annoying beeps, have a terrible sound quality or they simply do not work on the latest Android releases. I tried to deal with the standard Android apps for few months, but finally I decided to turn to the rooted options. I recently installed the Call Recording Xposed Module and the app has been covering all my needs for phone call recording.
I have been using this mod for a while now and I think it is beautifully simple. With root you can plug into the system dialer through LSPosed. There is no need to record the microphone audio that always sounds rubbish, this mod takes the pure two way audio straight from the source.
Features
Here is exactly what this powerful system-level tweak brings to your device:
- Automatic HD Call Recording,
- Secure Cloud Storage Integration,
- AI-Powered Speech-to-Text Transcriptions,
- Advanced Search and Filtering,
- Built-in Compliance and Consent Alerts,
- Seamless Export and Sharing Options,
- End-to-End Encryption Security,
- Custom Call Tagging and Notes,
I don’t get much time to work on projects these days, but the info apps module is ready for use. Enable the module in Xposed manager, reboot and you’re done. You won’t notice the app the most of the time and it won’t annoy you like normal bloatware does, with long battery life and little to no ads.
You use a rooted rom? Scrap all those ugly app store versions of the calling switch and use this. The only upgrade worth having if you have a rooted rom.
