Who doesn’t love to bust out their phone and do a little mobile gaming when they have some free time? I’m confident the answer to that is, none of you. However, there are literally 1001 things that could ruin your mobile gaming fun – frame drop is low on the list and unfortunately so is lack of touch response. I’ve been tinkering with Android and Android devices for a rather long time now and good tweaks that actually do something real (i.e. don’t last about as long as it does for your battery to drop 20% on the middle of a match in PES) are just rarely found.

So the Axeron Performance Enhancer plugin, which I have been using via the AxManager app on my Tecno Pova 5 for months now. It helps me to push through grueling matches of COD Mobile, and stay steady in the fast-paced action of Genshin Impact. The Axeron Performance Enhancer uses logical system tweaks in order to deliver exactly the right performance boost to your device when you need it most.

Here is exactly what you get when you install this plugin. I really like the way the various behaviors of a system are grouped into four very useable categories:

🎮 Performance Profile

I switch to this whenever I boot up PUBG or Mobile Legends.

  • Maximum refresh rate: Keeps the screen tearing to a minimum.
  • Reduced touch latency: Gives you that instant reaction time.
  • Stable frame rates: Say goodbye to stuttering in heavy firefights.
  • Low network ping: Optimizes your connection for less lag.

📱 Balanced Profile

You should leave this on for your normal day-to-day social media and browsing.

  • Smooth experience: No UI jitters.
  • Good battery life: Doesn’t drain your juice unnecessarily.
  • Stable temperature: Keeps the phone comfortable to hold.
  • Efficient multitasking: Swap between apps without reloading.

🔋 Battery Saver Profile

Perfect for when you are traveling and nowhere near a charger.

  • 30-50% longer battery life: A literal lifesaver.
  • Cool temperature: The CPU limits keep heat nonexistent.
  • Maintains basic smoothness: Still perfectly fine for reading and texting.

🔥 Extreme Profile

Apparently holding the phone against your palm for hours to keep it warm is an actual use case. I only really use it for a quick AnTuTu test.

  • Maximum benchmark scores: Pushes the CPU/GPU to the absolute limit.
  • No throttling: Ignores heat limits completely.
  • Peak performance capability: Pure, raw power.

🛠️ Essential System Toggles

The fun doesn’t stop there either, as this plugin also gives you access to individual system settings so you can toggle them on and off as needed: Force Max Refresh, Touch Boost, Network Optimization and Thermal Control.

If you want real control over the behaviour of an Android device, get this module. Leave the Extreme battery profile switched off. Try running Raze 2 for 15 minutes to test the efficacy of the slow processor and lacking memory.

Assalamu Alaikum, I am a content writer and a junior Android developer. From a young age, I have always loved working with technology. At one point, I used to port many custom ROMs, but now I am mainly focused on developing Magisk modules. Please keep me in your prayers. Thank you.
