Module Overview
The Aapt Multiarch plugin provides prebuilt AAPT and AAPT2 binaries for Android devices across arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86, and x86_64 architectures. This hybrid tool acts as an Axeron plugin or root module to enable direct system binary overlays.
I tested this package on multiple devices, and it reliably delivers the exact AAPT binaries needed for asset processing. Under the hood, it adapts dynamically to your specific system architecture, saving time by working directly upon installation rather than forcing manual compilation.
Core Features
- Instant binary access: You get immediate use of AAPT and AAPT2 without compiling them manually.
- Wide architecture support: The package covers arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86, and x86_64 platforms right out of the box.
- Flexible hybrid integration: Run it natively as an Axeron plugin or install it as a Magisk, KernelSU, or APatch module.
Support & Requirements
The plugin requires a minimum of Android 10 (SDK 29) to function properly. It officially supports non-root and root setups through AxManager, FolkPure, and Axora. If you intend to run it as a root module, you must also install a Hybrid Mount module to enable system binary overlay support.
How to Install
- Download the multiarch plugin
.zipfile to your internal storage. - Open your preferred manager interface, such as AxManager, Magisk, or KernelSU.
